However, my vision for our business is to care most for our community by offering opportunities and safe spaces where every person is treasured and cherished, included and empowered to be independent through outstanding delivery of tailored support for our service users. This will ensure, monitor, and control the quality and efficiency of the services we provide.

We treat our service users and others as we would like to be treated - with courtesy and dignity, demonstrating respect in our communication and involving and including people with sensitivity and professionalism, while respecting their differences. We have a culture of trust. We open our doors because we are proud of the unique experiences we provide to all our service users. We act with integrity in everything we do and demonstrate our caring nature through our words, actions, and choices. It is at the forefront of our hearts and minds. We give confidence and reassurance to the vulnerable we care for. We reserve the right to make a difference in the lives of our community members. Care will be provided on the clear understanding that:

• The needs of every individual have been carefully assessed.
• A personal Person-Centred care plan has been drawn up with the consent and agreement of the individuals receiving care.
• Those needs fall into the general classifications of care for which the agency has been registered and is being monitored.
• The service users or their representatives are fully informed and give their consent to the service offered.
• The agency's workforce possesses the competence and experience to handle individual cases that require specialist help and support, either immediately or following specific training.
