Everyday support, with dignity

Personal Care in Enfield

A little help with everyday personal routines can make life at home more manageable. Angels Caring Care can discuss support with washing, dressing and other daily needs, shaped around your preferences and an individual assessment.

Daily living

Support shaped around everyday life.

Personal care covers the tasks that help you feel clean, comfortable and ready for your day. You might want support with a morning routine, help getting ready for bed or assistance with particular tasks that have become difficult. The starting point is what you can do yourself, what you would like help with and how you prefer that help to be given.

It can feel sensitive to invite someone into these parts of your life. An initial conversation gives you space to explain your concerns, routines and personal boundaries. We can discuss the proposed support, practical requirements and costs before any care is agreed. Where Angels can meet the assessed needs, these details form part of an individual care plan.

Is this right for you?

Who may find this helpful?

Every person is different. Our team will confirm whether we can meet the identified needs and explain current availability.

An adult who is finding everyday washing or dressing harder to manage.

Someone considering temporary practical support after an illness, alongside any necessary health care.

A person who wants to remain involved in their own routines with some assistance.

A family looking to understand whether planned home visits could support a loved one.

  1. 01

    Talk about what feels right

Tell us about your usual routine, the tasks you want help with and any preferences about personal care. You can raise cultural, religious, communication or privacy needs, and ask questions before deciding on your next step.

  2. 02

    Agree the details

Assessment helps establish the help required, visit arrangements and any equipment or additional support needed. The team will explain what Angels can offer. Moving and handling needs, or tasks requiring clinical input, must be considered separately rather than assumed to be included.

  3. 03

    Keep your voice central

The care plan should reflect your choices and the support you have agreed to. Tell the team if a routine feels uncomfortable or your needs change, so the arrangements can be discussed and reviewed.

Can I ask for help with only one part of my routine?

Yes, you can enquire about a specific task rather than a complete daily routine. The team will discuss whether it can be supported safely, the visit time needed and the arrangements available following assessment.

Will I still do things for myself?

Your existing abilities and preferences belong in the care plan. Support can be discussed around the parts you find difficult, while leaving you involved in the tasks you want and are able to do.

Can my family take part in planning care?

You can ask for a relative or another trusted person to join the conversation. Their involvement and any information sharing should respect your wishes, consent and any relevant legal authority.

How do I find out the cost and visit options?

Contact Angels with your postcode and a brief outline of the help you need, or book a consultation. The team can explain the assessment process and provide proposed arrangements and costs where the service is suitable.
