About Angels Caring Care | Person-Centred Home Care in Enfield
About Angels Caring Care
Compassionate Home Care With Community at Its Heart
Angels Caring Care is an Enfield-based domiciliary care provider supporting
adults with a wide range of care needs. Since the company was incorporated in
March 2018, our focus has remained clear: to provide respectful, dependable and
person-centred support that helps people continue living safely and confidently
in their own homes.
We believe excellent care should fit around the person rather than asking the
person to fit around the service. That means understanding routines, culture,
communication preferences, abilities, family relationships, personal choices
and the everyday details that contribute to comfort and wellbeing.
Care built around the personDignity, independence, choice and meaningful relationships remain at the centre of our approach.
Why Angels Caring Care Was Created
Since its incorporation in 2018, Angels Caring Care has developed its service around a simple
principle: people should be supported as individuals. For many people, receiving appropriate
care at home can help preserve familiar routines, relationships, choice and independence.
Growing From Everyday Needs
The service has been shaped around the realities of daily life — personal care,
companionship, dementia support, respite support, medication routines, household
tasks, shopping, hospital visits, collections, meal support and other agreed activities
that can reduce pressure for individuals and families.
A Culture of Courtesy and Trust
Angels Caring Care places courtesy at the centre of its culture. The organisation's
published approach emphasises treating people with dignity, respecting differences,
acting with integrity and paying attention to the small details that make each person unique.
Building a Reputation Through Experience
Rather than relying on claims or slogans, our ambition is to build a strong reputation
through the experience of the people we support: listening carefully, keeping promises,
communicating clearly, supporting independence and continually improving the quality of care.
