Book a free consultationWhere do you provide care?
Our care enquiries focus on the London Borough of Enfield. Use the postcode check on this page, or call us on 020 3632 0463 and our team will confirm your address and explain current availability.
How does arranging care start?
With a conversation. We listen to your circumstances and what matters to you, then explain whether a care assessment is appropriate. Where we can meet the identified needs, support is planned around the individual in a personalised care plan.
Can I ask for help with only one part of my day?
Yes. You can enquire about a specific task or visit rather than a complete daily routine. The team will discuss whether it can be supported safely, the visit time needed and the arrangements available following assessment.
Can my family take part in planning care?
You can ask for a relative or another trusted person to join the conversation. Their involvement and any information sharing should respect your wishes, consent and any relevant legal authority.
How are costs worked out?
Every arrangement is quoted individually, shaped by the type of support, the length and frequency of visits, staffing and location. Our costs & funding guide explains what to ask before you agree to care.
Are you regulated?
Yes. Angels Caring Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission and rated Good overall. You can read the full published picture on our care quality & trust page.
